Object numberOM-17968
DescriptionFlint flake from preliminary dressing. Dorsal face retains hard grey pebble cortex with off-white, hard, pitted inclusions. It retains a precise well-defined bulb of percussion and may have been detached by punch flaking. Right edge may be notched by crude retouching, possibly in attempt to make boring point at distal end. Tip of flake at distal end is detached transversely to the flake's long axis. 24x19x8mm
