Rambling Sketches

Rambling sketches in the far North, and Orcadian musings. The book is the product of two summers spent by the author "in the North Sea", and many were originally published in the Fifeshire Journal. The purpose of the sketches was to bring more prominently to the attention of the public the attractions and historical features of places which, though near, were little known.
