The Oxford book of Scottish verse

The editors had two main purposes with this compilation. One was to lay the greater emphasis on verse written in Scots, and the other was to give a fair representation to verse written before 1603 as to that which came afterwards. It contains works by Edwin Muir, Robert Rendall and George Mackay Brown.
