The Shetland Economy, 1976-77

A paper reporting the major findings of a detailed study of the Shetland economy, it analyses the structure and performance of the economy in the financial year 1976/77. Based on survey information from over 100 Shetland firms, an Input-Output table recording the sales and purchasing behaviour of every Shetland industry was constructed.
