Kirkwall Traffic and Development Study - Supplementary Report

A report following the public consultation period for the Kirkwall Traffic and Development Study presented to Orkney islands Council in March 1990. This report includes the individual responses received, highlights the main issues and identifies the different strategic options available to address the points raised.
